Low Calorie Chocolate Chip Muffins

Enjoy a little treat, guilt free, with these tasty low calorie chocolate chip muffins. Yum!

Ingredients
- 2 oz chocolate chips
- 1 oz cocoa powder
- 1 oz rolled oats
- 1 oz oat bran
- 3 oz soft brown sugar
- 2 oz Lurpak lighter
- 8 oz natural yoghurt
- 4 fl oz skimmed milk
- 7 oz plain flour
- 1 egg
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C / Gas Mark 6 / 400°F
- Melt the butter and whisk together with egg, milk and yogurt.
- Put rest of ingredients in to a bowl and stir in the yogurt mix, stir until nicely combined.
- Spoon in to cake cases - makes 22 at less than 100 cals each.
- Bake for 15 mins.
Recipe adapted from Slimming world magazine, which used oatmeal instead of rolled oats and bran and 1 tablespoon of sweetener instead of the sugar
