Ingredients
400g baby carrots
1 tbsp clear honey
Method
Boil carrots until tender
Drain carrots leaving 2-3 tbsps of water in the bottom of the pan
Add the honey to the pan and heat on a gentle heat, turning to get an even coating on the carrots as the honey heats up and mixes with the water until the water mostly evaporates leaving the carrots and honey glaze.
