  • 750g carrots
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 15g butter
  • 500g celeriac


  1. Peel and cut the carrots and celeriac into chunks and place in a pan of boiling water.
  2. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender, drain and return to the pan.
  3. Mash together with the knob of butter and sprinkle over the chopped flat leaf parsely.
