Carrot and Celeriac Mash
The perfect addition to any roast dinner, this luscious mash recipe is less than 95 calories per portion!

- 750g carrots
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 15g butter
- 500g celeriac
- Peel and cut the carrots and celeriac into chunks and place in a pan of boiling water.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender, drain and return to the pan.
- Mash together with the knob of butter and sprinkle over the chopped flat leaf parsely.
