How Does The Walk the Weight Off Challenge Work?

Pick a destination to walk to each week. To reach the destination, you have to walk for the number of hours it would take to fly to that destination. Reach at least 16 destinations to meet the challenge.

There are 50 destinations to choose from, here's a few to give you a taste. Take a free trial to see the rest.

Walk for 1 hour

Edinburgh, Scotland

Walk for 1 hour 30 mins

Venice, Italy

Walk for 2 hours 15 mins

Northern Lights, Norway

Walk for 3 hours 45 mins

Lapland, Finland

Walk for 5 hours

7 hours 30 mins

Beijing, China

10 hours

Machu Picchu, Peru

Walk for 18 hours
