WLR's Personal Trainer, Carla van Traa

Having been a personal trainer since 1999, Carla is an experienced PT, qualified to the highest level.

The National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) are recognised as a world leader in personal training qualifications and in 2009 she qualified as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist trainer, accrediting her with REPSs Level 4, the highest level achievable.

Committed to keeping up to date with the latest in fitness research, equipment and routines, Carla undertakes regular CPD training.

Carla’s personal fitness regime in the gym includes rowing and cross training, with work on leg strength and the all important core work. Outside Carla loves being on her mountain bike, and cross country running. She participates in 'Mud Running' events nationwide.
