Supermarket Chefs: Easy Aldi Diet Plan

The latest in our Supermarket Chefs series of diet plans, this time we check out the Aldi aisles for good lower calorie convenience choices.

Our Aldi diet plan includes meals and snacks for 7 days, plus extra dinner alternatives

Designed to make it easy for you to lose weight without needing to spend time planning your meals, this plan contains around 1200 calories a day which, for most people, will produce a weight loss of around 2lbs a week.*

Day 1 – Monday (Total Calories - 1113)

Being a bit of a cherry bakewell fan, these bars are just brilliant - a taste of the sweetness but without tons of calories.

Out of these alternatives, the chicken jalfrezi ready meal is one of my favourites. Very tasty!

I love creamy sauces so, the spinach and ricotta cannelloni always gets a thumbs up from me.

With the chicken stir-fry, it doesn't come with any noodles or anything so I chuck a load of beansprouts in it just before I've finished cooking it, bulks it out beautifully with hardly any extra calories.
