Ingredients

  • 10 pumps extra virgin olive oil spray
  • 25g spinach
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 20g Philadelphia light
  • 60g french stick

Method

  1. Heat the spray oil in a pan and wilt the spinach.
  2. Beat the eggs and add to the pan and scramble lightly.
  3. When nearly set stir in the soft cheese

Serve with a piece of French bread
