Abby Campbell, BSc, SFN, SSN, CPT - Nutritionist

Abby is a leading professional certified nutritionist, personal trainer, and weight loss expert.

For more than a decade, Abby has coached people, locally and online, to lose weight and lead healthy lifestyles. Her clients have lost thousands of pounds, reclaimed health, and call her “Coach No Gimmick.” She is now retired from coaching full-time.

However, Abby’s coaching experience led her into a writing career as she brings a professional perspective in the medical, nutrition, and health fields. Currently, she designs nutrition and wellness programmes for doctors and weight loss centres. She is also a food investigator, researcher, and writer for Natural Health 365 which is an international and science-based educational news site. Abby is also a published author and ghostwrites nutrition and meal planning books and articles for holistic, functional, naturopathic, and medical doctors.

In Abby’s spare time, she manages her own holistic and organic nutrition supplement company called 911 Body ResQ. You may learn more about her at AbbyCampbellOnline.com

Abby has been married for 22+ years, has three grown daughters, and one grandson. She loves gardening, cooking, hiking, kickboxing, and curling up in front of a fire to read a good book. Abby is also a 20+ year cancer survivor which provided her the great passion she has for getting out the truth on health and nutrition topics.

Abby’s motto:

“Food can be used as a poison or a prescription. Why not use it as a prescription for good health?”
