I work as a PA/Office manager so sit a lot all day; I do not get many opportunities to exercise or be active at work.
As a single parent, I can find it difficult to get time to myself in the evenings for exercise; going to the gym or something like that is out of the question.
My six-year-old son has benefited from my healthy eating; he loves fish and vegetables.
This is good news for me because with a child in the house it can sometimes be difficult to avoid temptation and eat sweets and crisps!
I have tried Atkins, which I found hard to follow.
I also tried the Special K diet, which left me feeling very hungry all day long.

Motivation to Diet
Summer Weddings! My best friend gets married in May and my cousin in July. I want to fit into new clothes for their weddings
I am going skiing in January. I want to be able to fit into all my kit comfortably as it is expensive stuff to replace.
I am so looking forward to going with 11 friends that I am determined to be fit and healthier this time.

I used the Favourites option in the Food Diary. It is really helpful for things that you have every day like coffee and tea and other snacks and soup for lunch. This saves you time searching.
I also check the Nutrition report now to see if I can use my calories and match the target profile.

I feel so much healthier now. I am aware of what I am eating and I drink more fluids than I used to. I am so much more motivated to do exercise.
