How Real is Fattism?

A recent survey undertaken by human resources (HR) magazine Personnel Today has revealed that in many cases overweight people are being discriminated against by HR professionals.

This includes when they apply for jobs, seek promotion or even when redundancy becomes an issue.

The Weight Loss Resources Weight Discrimination survey aims to investigate how far these attitudes go in society. We want to hear about your experiences and find out ‘How real is fattism?’

The survey has now closed. Check back soon for the findings. The next survey, on alcohol consumption, will be launched at the start of February.
