5 WEEK NEW YEAR CHALLENGE
We have all enjoyed the Christmas festivities and probably
over-indulged with lots of food and drink.
It’s time to take stock now and get back on track to pursue
your goals for a slimmer, healthier and fitter new year. This
will mean making changes to your daily routine and lifestyle.
New Beginnings is a 5 Week Challenge to kickstart weight loss
goals. We want you to make some changes, no matter how small, in
your day to day routines which will help you to achieve your
goals.
Put into practise one of those things you have always been
meaning to do. Start with small changes which you can stick to
and before you know it the world’s your oyster. Anything is
possible!
Join other members on the New Beginnings Challenge Board to
report on the changes you are making. Inspire and support each
other! What have you done in a day or a week that has made
sticking to your daily calorie quota easier that might help
other members?
