I think I've finally realised that this isn't so
much a diet as a change in eating habits for life.
Thanks everyone for your support and advice.
Sorry to waffle on but I feel like I've finally seen the light and needed to share with someone :o)
Here's to a good
weight loss week.

Weight Loss Motivation
Surrounding yourself with a good support network may also help to spur you on – and WLR can certainly help you with that. By going into the chat room, you’ll meet plenty of like-minded people who all want to lose weight. The advantage of this is that you’ll always be able to find someone who has been through a difficult slimming patch and has come out the other side. And this alone can be all that it takes to keep you motivated and on track.
It's the little things sometimes...
... that help keep me motivated. Like:
- Being able to do up the seat belt easily the last flight we took.
- Being able to bend down to tie my shoes without having to unfasten my waistband.
- Not getting breathless going up the stairs at work.
- Having to do my belt up a notch tighter to keep my jeans up.
- Having to make a new hole in my belt so I can do it up tight enough.
- Not getting indigestion every night.
- Being able to buy knickers three sizes smaller.
- It all adds up and makes this worth the effort.
