Move It Summer Challenge
5 Week Challenge Running from 31st July to 1st September
Most WLR members know that taking more exercise and being
active every day is crucial when it comes to losing weight – and
equally importantly, keeping it off.
The Move It Challenge gives you 5 weeks to build regular
activity into your daily routine, make the most of opportunities
to be active and enjoy some summer fun.
Burn additional calories through being active and watch those
lbs fall away.
Members can post news of their progress and inspire others
with news of activities undertaken and calories burnt.
Get out and about… the world is your oyster.. And remember
all exercise gives you extra calories to enjoy food treats!
