The company run a range of specialist fitness classes all over Leicester and the surrounding areas as well as intense weight loss camps all over the UK (mostly set in Scotland). Both the weight loss camps and fitness classes guarantee to get the best out of your goals, whether those goals are to

There are classes, courses and holidays for everyone no matter what your fitness level is. National Physical Conditioning do a graduate course over 5 days (4 nights) which aims to give you all the tools you need to continue exercising effectively long after you’ve left and there is even a wedding package which promises to get couples who are preparing for their wedding into shape before their big day.

Natural Physical Conditioning really strive to set themselves apart from the usual run of the mill weight loss camp. The company has been set up to give you down to earth advice that you can take with you and continue to put into place on your own, rather than beat you into submission for a few hours while booking your next session.

Natural Physical Conditioning will teach you why you’re engaging in each different activity, what the risks and benefits are whilst also teaching you about your eating and exercise habits.

These guys really know what they’re talking about and it’s a good mixture of experience that has given them the ability to give you some of the most sound, beneficial advice out there.

At your service are;

Spencer Timson, who by his own admission was ‘the one picked last’ during his school sports days and has used this experience as a solid platform for empathising  and understanding people in the same position as he was whilst getting the best out of them.

Jamie Ablethorpe is the NPC aerobics specialist who like Spencer wasn’t brought up to be a pro athlete, but as time went on he realised the need to stay in shape and ever since then has used his wealth of experience to help others.

Ben Shannon is the ‘outdoors guy’. He helps Spencer on the health, fitness and weight loss holidays. Ben brings his passion for helping people and his experience as a rock climber, adventure racer and triathlon competitor with him wherever he goes to help get the best out of you, your health and your fitness.

Natural Physical Conditioning is a non profit organisation, meaning all the money earned by the company is put back in to help improve the quality of the service they provide. This is their personal commitment to focus on getting the best out of you rather than making as much money as possible and jumping in on the ‘fitness gold rush’ that has been occurring over recent years.
