The Slim Habits Challenge

Learn and adopt the habits of successful slimmers!

A 12 week supported programme, customised to focus on the habit changes that will help you the most.

Here at WLR we recognise that successful weight loss is so much more than just counting calories; if only it were that simple!

Getting ourselves in the right frame of mind and doing a few things a bit differently is just as important as choosing what foods to eat.

To help you do this, WLR has created The Slim Habits Challenge – a 12 week customised programme which identifies and prioritises the elements in your life that lead to weight gain. The programme then provides you with simple but powerful strategies for building the new habits that are going to help you the most.

To join the challenge simply start a free trial and click the Slim Habits Challenge links on the members’ home page or in your food diary.

You’ll then be taken to a set of questions and, once you have answered them, the programme will come up with your personal challenge tasks and a chart for you to tick off in your food diary.

Find out what your challenge tasks would be today!

Putting on weight can be almost mindless – unhelpful habits and behaviours creep in and become second nature before we know it. It may be that these behaviours are tied to other issues – such as using food to help us through a difficult time or a change of lifestyle that leads to grabbing food on the go all the time. Even something as simple as getting used to having seconds of good, home cooked food can easily become something we do without thinking.

How Does it Work?

All you have to do is answer some questions that tell us a little bit about your lifestyle and ‘food personality’. The programme will then suggest small, easy, manageable changes for you to aim for each day – tick them off each time you achieve them and before you know it you’ll be doing them without even having to think about it!

The challenge runs for 12 weeks, and each 4 weeks you’ll get a set of customised tasks to do each day. We’ll give you advice on why these tasks will help you and tips on how to try and fit them in. By the end of each four weeks your tasks should start to become healthy, slimming habits that you incorporate without needing to think about them too much.

You’ll also get easy to use ‘Tip Sheets’ with advice on Food Swaps, Savvy Snacking, Healthy Cooking Techniques and many, many more to help you along the way.

You’ll have as much access to support from our award winning Helpteam as you need – we’re here to help you every step of the way. You can ask us to take an in-depth look at how you’re getting on with your new habits and we’ll give you advice and support to help you reach your goals.

Start today and try our 12 week programme that will help you:

  • Recognise behaviours that sabotage your weight loss efforts
  • Make small, easy, manageable changes to help change those behaviours
  • Begin to build healthier habits that will help you manage your weight for life
  • Fully customised to address your specific weight loss needs
  • Support from real people who are passionate about helping you to achieve your goals

To sign up for the challenge simply take a free trial and click to start your Slim Habits Challenge using the links on your home page or in your food diary.
