Pear and Cinnamon Smoothie

The really simple combination of flavoursome pears, tangy lime juice and warming cinnamon - made this one of our favourite. Fresh, fruity and lovely.

Pear and Cinnamon Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 mins

Recipe makes 4 small glasses

Ingredients

4 Pears

60ml Apple Juice

1 Lime

3 pinches Ground Cinnamon

 

(Cinnamon sticks and fresh mint to garnish)

Method

Peel and core the pears.

Squeeze the juice from the lime

Pop the prepared fruit and lime and apple juice into a blender/smoothie maker and whizz until smooth.

Pour into four glasses, ornate with some fresh mint and a cinnamon stick.
