Mid Morning Boost Smoothie

A really colourful smoothie - bursting with fruit and full of taste. The sweetness of the blueberries and bananas really compliments the tang of the kiwi - truly delicious!

Mid Morning Boost Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 mins

This recipe makes 1 glass

Ingredients

1 Banana

1 Kiwi

75g Blueberries

5 Strawberries

100ml Pomegranate juice

Method

Peel the banana;

Halve and scoop out flesh from kiwi;

Remove stems from blueberries;

Hull the strawberries.

Pop all the fruit and pomegranate juice into a blender/smoothie maker and whizz til smooth.
