A Mango Moment Smoothie

A sharp and tangy smoothie with a good balance of flavours and full of taste. The passion fruits add an extra boost to the flavour and make it look great too!

A Mango Moment

Preparation Time: 5 mins

This recipe makes 2 glasses

Ingredients

1 Mango

1 Banana

2 Passion Fruits

3 Kiwis

100ml Pure Apple Juice (no added sugar)

Method

Peel the mango and remove flesh from stone (how to prepare a mango);

Peel banana;

Halve the passion fruits and scoop seeds out;

Halve the kiwis and scoop out the flesh.

Pop all the fruits with the juice into a blender/smoothie maker and whizz until smooth.
