Tropical Kiwi, Mango and Coconut Smoothie

If you love coconut, you will love this one - and this was the favourite of helpteam manager, Laura (obviously a coconut lover!).

Tropical Kiwi, Mango and Coconut Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5  mins

This recipe makes 1 glass

Ingredients

2 Kiwi fruits

1 Mango

100ml Coconut milk

75ml live natural yogurt

2 tsp honey (optional to taste)

Method

Halve the kiwi fruits and scoop out the flesh;

Peel the mango and remove flesh from stone (how to prepare a mango);

Pop the fruit into your blender/smoothie maker along with the coconut milk, yogurt and honey and blend until smooth.
