Ginger that Mango Smoothie

Sharp and tangy - then the ginger kicks in. An acquired taste which will depend on whether you like ginger - if you do, it's delicious!

Ginger that Mango Smoothie

Preparation Time: 5 mins

This recipe makes 3 large glasses

Ingredients

3 Mangoes

1 Pineapple

1 tsp Chopped Fresh Ginger

3 Peaches/Nectarines

3 handfuls grapes

Method

Chop all ingredients, leaving out stones & toss into the blender. Add ice, if desired. Blend until smooth, serve in 3 glasses.
