We’ve taken mango, banana and cranberry juice and blended them with peach yoghurt to make this low calorie diet smoothie a tropical treat.

Ingredients
- 1 Mango/207g Mango, Ripe, Raw, Without Peel & Stone, Flesh Only, Average
- 1 Sm/95g Banana, Raw, Flesh Only, Average
- 1 Serving/100g Yoghurt, Peach, Low Fat, Average
- 200ml Juice, Cranberry, Low Sugar, Average
Preparation
Prepare the mango, peel and remove the stone.
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender and process to desired consistency.
