Sausages, tomatoes, baked beans and potatoes - the kids will love it
and so will you.

Ingredients
- 18 Sausage/416g Sausage, Pork, Thick, Healthy Eating,
Tesco*
- 1 Can/400 g Tomatoes, Chopped, Canned, Average
- 1 Can/415g Beans, Baked, In Tomato Sauce, Heinz*
- 600g Potatoes, Boiled, Average
- 1oz/28g Flour, Plain, Average
- 100 g Cheese, Mozzarella, Average
- Mixed Herbs
- Black Pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to Gas mark 4/350°F/180°C
- Peel the potatoes, put the in a microwavable dish with a
tablespoon of water and cook on High in the microwave for 10
minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking first grill the sausages.
- Add the baked beans, flour tomatoes into a large casserole
dish. Add mixed herbs and pepper to taste and stir.
- When the sausages are cooked, slice them up, add to the
mixture and mix well.
- When the potatoes are cooked drain well and slice them up.
Once sliced you want to make a single layer of potato to cover
your mix, do this by slightly over lapping the slices as you
go round the dish.
- Cook in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Thinly slice or grate the mozzarella. After 25 minutes of
cooking take the bake out of the oven, pop the mozzarella on
top and put back in the oven for extra 5 minutes so the
mozzarella melts.
- Serve and enjoy!
