Toasted Ham and Marmite Sandwich

Ingredients

 

2 Med Slice/52g Bread, Wholemeal, Toasted

7.0 g Butter, Anchor*

1 Tsp/9g Marmite, Yeast Extract, Marmite*

4 Slice/40g Ham, Wafer Thin, Average

10.0 g Lettuce Round Average

 

Method

 

1. Toast each slice of bread until golden brown.

2. Add a thin scrapping of butter to 1 slice of toast and a thin scrapping of marmite to the other.

3. Then you will need to slice up some lettuce.

4. Place the ham onto the toast and add the lettuce to the top.

5. Place the other slice of toast on top and the sandwich is finished. The Marmite makes all the difference!
