Smoked Ham and Cheese Bagel

Ingredients

 

1 Bagel/85g Sesame Bagel, New York Bagel Co*

1 Slice/25g Cheese Lightlife, Leerdammer*

1 Slice/28g Ham, Smoked, Sandwich, Tesco*

10g Chutney, Cranberry & Caramelised Red Onion, Baxters*

10.0 g Watercress, Raw, Average

 

Method

 

1. Cut the bagel in half and put into the toaster, once it is slightly toasted add a the Leerdammer cheese to one half.

 

2. Then put the ham and watercress on top of the cheese.

 

3. To finish add the cranberry chutney to the other side of the bagel and put both sides together. Serve warm or cold.
