Ingredients

 

1 wrap/51.8g Tortillas, Wrap, Wholemeal, Morrisons*

½ Med Pepper/80g Peppers, Capsicum, Red, Raw

½ Med Pepper/80g Peppers, Capsicum, Green, Raw

70.0 g Spinach, Baby, Average

2.0 g Parsley, Fresh

½ Clove/1½g Garlic, Raw

0.2 Tsp/0.36g Pepper, Cayenne, Ground

1 Serving/100g Chicken, Breast, Fillets, Skinless, Cooked, Marks & Spencer*

 

Method

 

1. Slice up the chicken breast and mix with the garlic, parsley, spinach and cayenne pepper.

2. Then slice up the Capsicum peppers.

3. Add the peppers to the chicken mix and place in the wrap.
