15.0 g Houmous, Reduced Fat, Tesco*
1 Serving/50g Chicken, Breast, Sliced, Roast, Sainsbury's*
1 Med/85g Tomatoes, Fresh, Raw, Average
10g Lettuce, Iceberg, Average
Method
1. Spread the houmous onto both slices of bread.
2. Then slice the tomato and the lettuce.
3. Add the chicken, tomato and lettuce to the bread and the
sandwich is done.

Some appetising and well-balanced flavours. Could have gone
too soggy or too dry but this was just right and won the judges
over.
