1 Roll 45g Bread, Rolls, Wholemeal
15.0 g Green Pesto, Gia Italian*
30.0 g Cheese, Mozzarella, Average
20.0 g Tomatoes, Ripened On The Vine, Average
Method
1. Cut the crusty roll in half
2. Spread each half with the green pesto
3. Grate the mozzarella cheese
4. Place the cheese and tomato into the roll.
It tastes even better if you wrap it in foil and bake it in
the oven for 25 mins.
