40.0 g Cheese, Brie, Half Fat, Marks & Spencer*
25g Grapes, Green, Average
10g Watercress, Raw, Average
7.0 g Spread, Low-Fat
Method
1. Buy a part baked baguette while this is cooking in the
oven slice some half fat brie, some green seedless grapes and
wash some watercress.
2. When the baguette is cooked slice in half and spread a
small layer of low fat spread in it.
3. Place the Brie, grapes and watercress into the bread while
it is still warm... Yummy!!!
