Ingredients

 

2 Slice/54g Bread, Wholemeal, Sliced, Organic, Warburton's*

2oz/56g Beef, Roast, Thin Sliced, Lean, Asda*

1 Serving/5g Butter, Anchor*

1oz/28g Avocado, Flesh Only, Average

10g Salad, Mixed Leaves, Tesco*

10g Onions, Red, Raw, Average

10g Tomatoes, Sun Dried, Moist, Waitrose*

10.0 g Watercress, Raw, Average

1 Tbsp/5.3g Basil, Fresh

10.0 g Horseradish Sauce, Hot, Morrisons*

1 Tsp/2g Pepper, Black, Freshly Ground

½ Tsp/3g Season-All Seasoning, Schwartz*

½ Tsp/2½g Salt, Table

 

Method

 

1. Scrape (a real tiny scrape) of butter on one slice of bread, then spread horseradish sauce onto other or both sides.

2. Slice the avocado and onion.

3. Then lay on beef (rare is better?!), salad leaves (including basil leaves), avocado, watercress and onion.

4. Finely chop the tomatoes and sprinkle on the top.

5. Sprinkle the seasoning on the top , add a sprinkle of black pepper and salt and Enjoy - delicious & healthy!!!!

Comments

 

Straining at the crusts with ingredients but holds together long enough to capture the imagination. A good mix of flavours and textures in there; very impressive.
