Chilli infused salmon steak - lovely served with a
huge green salad.
Salmon Steak

Ingredients
175 g Salmon Steak
¼ Tsp Soft Brown Sugar
¼ Tsp Chilli Powder
¼ Tsp White Wine Vinegar
Method
- Preheat the grill to medium and place the fish, skin side up on the
rack.
- Mix together the sugar, chilli powder and white wine vinegar and use to
coat the skin.
- Grill for around 6-8 minutes until the skin is crisp and blackened and
the flesh is cooked.
- Lovely served with a huge green salad.
