Chilli infused salmon steak - lovely served with a huge green salad.

 

Salmon Steak

Ingredients

175 g Salmon Steak

¼ Tsp Soft Brown Sugar

¼ Tsp Chilli Powder

¼ Tsp White Wine Vinegar

Method

  1. Preheat the grill to medium and place the fish, skin side up on the rack.
  2. Mix together the sugar, chilli powder and white wine vinegar and use to coat the skin.
  3. Grill for around 6-8 minutes until the skin is crisp and blackened and the flesh is cooked.
  4. Lovely served with a huge green salad.
