Low Calorie Homemade Soup Recipes Competition

Send us your low calorie soup recipes and you could win a Double Flask.

Temperatures are starting to drop outside but there’s no need to feel the cold. A steaming bowl of homemade soup is easy to make, will warm you inside and can be a filling, main meal.

Carrots, Spinach, Pasta, Beans, Asparagus, Wild Mushrooms…..The ideas and scope for soup ingredients are endless. You can be creative, making the dish nutritious, tasty and flavoursome.

We want you to show us how to make homemade soup and send us your recipe and you could be one of 5 prize winners. In judging the competition we will be looking at the calorie content of the recipe, taste, originality and how easy it is to make. You can use the food diary in WLR to calorie count your creation. Try It Free for 24 hours.

We will shortlist the top 20 ideas that sound the most tempting and select the best five.

The winnings soups will be photographed and displayed along with their recipes on the WLR site.

So send in your ideas for soups.

Good Luck
