Get your imagination working and put your culinary skills to the test to create a tasty main meal in under 30 minutes. Select one of the 3 grocery packs (below), add a few store cupboard ingredients and produce a healthy, appetising main meal with a calorie limit of 500kcals.

You can add store cupboard ingredients, such as Salt, Pepper, Herbs, Spices, Garlic, Chilli, Onions, Oil, Milk, Yoghurt, Egg, Flour, Stock, Sauces, etc... to your recipe - provided the total calories per serving is 500kcal or under.

We will shortlist the most tempting recipes, cook them and get them tasted by the team of low calorie connoisseurs in the WLR office.
