Get your imagination working and put your culinary skills to the test to create a tasty main meal in under 30 minutes. Select one of the 3 grocery packs (below), add a few store cupboard ingredients and produce a healthy, appetising main meal with a calorie limit of 500kcals.

2 - Add Some Store Cupboard Ingredients:
You can add store cupboard ingredients, such as Salt, Pepper, Herbs, Spices, Garlic, Chilli, Onions, Oil, Milk, Yoghurt, Egg, Flour, Stock, Sauces, etc... to your recipe - provided the total calories per serving is 500kcal or under.

Use your chosen grocery pack and store cupboard ingredients to create a healthy, nutritious main meal - under 500kcal per serving - and ready in 30 minutes!
We will shortlist the most tempting recipes, cook them and get them tasted by the team of low calorie connoisseurs in the WLR office.
