Ingredients

 

90 g Breakfast Cereal, All Bran, Asda

65 g Breakfast Cereal, Muesli, Fruit, Tesco

45 g Breakfast Cereal, Porridge, Superfoods, Jordans

70 g Sultanas, Average

70 g Currants, Average

1 Serving/50g Prunes, Average

75 g Flour, Self Raising, Be-Ro

1 Serving/63g Eggs, Large, Average

426 ml Milk, Semi Skimmed, Average

2 Serving/4g Sugar, Light Brown, Soft, Silver Spoon

 

Method

 

Pre heat oven to 160 degrees

 

1. In a large bowl mix all cereal and fruit together, cover with enough milk to soak (for about 2 hours)

 

2. Mix in the egg and then the flour, mix well.

 

3. Pour into loaf tin or cake tin and sprinkle sugar on the top.

 

4. Bake for about 1 hr 15 mins or until firm to touch. Leave in tin until cooled.

 

Serve cold as it is or with yoghurt or spread
