Apple and Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients

 

3 oz Spread, Low-Fat, Average

2 oz Sweetener, Low Calorie, Splenda

2 Egg/112g Eggs, Medium, Average

300 ml Milk, Semi Skimmed, Average

12 oz Flour, White, Self Raising, Average

10 g Cinnamon, Powder

150 g Apples, Cooking, Raw, Peeled

1 Apple/150g Apples, Dessert, Organic, Tesco

 

Method

 

Pre heat oven to 200 degrees or gas mark 6.

 

Peel and dice apples.

 

1. Place margarine, sugar, eggs and milk in a bowl and bean until light and fluffy.

 

2. Lightly fold in flour and cinnamon

 

3. Stir in the diced apple and spoon into 12 muffin cases in a muffin tray

 

Bake for 20-25 mins and allow to cool slightly before serving.
