Hi,

We’re not all saintly health nuts at WLR; we like our chocolate too, especially at Easter. So we’ve got a good balance in this issue: DFM chocolate recipes and low cal treats, plus the goodness of berries and lovely leeks.

All the chocolate, half the calories

Easter eggs contain over 500kcals per 100g. We’ve found some fab chocolate treats for around 150kcals each and created some low calorie chocolate recipes. You can have your chocolate and eat it too!

 

Easy recipes with seasonal leeks

WLR’s Tracy gives you the low down on lovely leeks this month, which will enhance and flavour any dish.

 

PMS tactics
