Welcome to the August issue of Diet and Fitness Monthly.
Hi,
Well, who'd have thought that grapefruit would be making a comeback? Juliette's investigation makes very interesting reading. We've also got news of a summer challenge starting on the 2nd of August, and I climb on the soap box with Felicity Lawrence for a blast at the food industry. There's lots more in this issue of DFM, hope you enjoy.
