Motivate Yourself

Focus on your summer plans and why you want to lose weight; put a picture of your holiday destination on the fridge; plan breaks in the summer as a reward for reaching your goal. Remember a trim and shapely you will want to get out and about and enjoy yourself rather than trying to hide away.

Adopt good habits you can stick to. Be active; keep up the walking; enjoy getting outdoors and being active in the better weather. Learn from your food diary; focusing on the 'good' days will motivate you.

Join the Challenge by posting news of your progress, advice and tips on the Challenge Message Board and share in the fun, support and camaraderie of a WLR Challenge.
