Calorie count of everything from Starbucks Frappuccino to Yule Logs -
covered in new essential bible
The calorie count of more than 21,000 foods and drinks, including those
from High Street chains Burger King, Subway, Caffe Nero, JD Wetherspoon
and Starbucks, are included in a new essential bible aimed at everyone
looking to maintain a healthy body weight.
The Calorie, Carb and Fat Bible 2006, launched today, is the most
comprehensive calorie count listing in the UK and has been produced by
highly respected dietician Juliette Kellow and Rebecca Walton of diet and
fitness information site dietandfitnessresources.co.uk.
As well as featuring 432 pages of calorie listings of everything from
Angel Delight to Starbucks Frappuccino to Yule Logs, all measured per 100g
and by serving size, the new book includes a body mass index, a food diary
