Strawberries contain higher
levels of Vitamin C than any other berry and the good news is that they are
very low in calories - about 27 calories per 100 grams. How do our strawberry
yoghurts shape up?
Strawberry Yoghurt, Muller Light, Muller*
Good colour. A smooth, light tasting yoghurt with good texture.
You know you are definitely eating a strawberry yoghurt.

A sweet tasting yoghurt with bits in it. No real strawberry flavour. It was agreed the bits could have been any fruit.

Watery and a wishy washy flavour. Our panel agreed, yes, you
could say you were eating a fruit yoghurt but which fruit? No
real strawberry colour or flavour.

Conclusion
The panel agreed with most
low fat yoghurts it could be difficult to get a real taste or flavour
of the fruit. Many had little colour, no real texture and were
watery. Muller Light was the clear exception with real flavour and
texture.
