The data on the product will not be accepted
The site works to quite strict parameters in calculating calories to
avoid errors. It can sometimes reject info given, especially with drinks
and liquids, because of small numbers / trace items. You can contact the
Help Team and we can check and add these products.

I can't plan foods in my add from Planner file
You need to click on the Food Plan button in your Food Diary (top left
hand side). You can plan for up to 12 days. These pages can be printed
which may be helpful. Items planned are placed in your add from planner
file for you to add accordingly.

Should I eat my exercise calories?
The background activity level is your average day-to-day activity
excluding specific exercise activity. Specific exercise added to your
exercise diary shows you additional calories expended. These calories are
also added to your daily calorie quota in your Food Diary. Your exercise
calories can be consumed (in addition to your daily quota) with confidence as they
have been expended. Some members choose not to consume some/all of these
additional calories. However, you need to be careful - if you are
exercising regularly and feel tired or nauseous your body needs the
additional calories for energy.
