"I will have lost 1 stone; my trouser size has dropped from 36" waist to 34" waist (the first time I have been able to wear 34" waist trousers for 16 years - so pleased about that. I am waiting to wake up from the dream as it is so unbelievable). My legs have reduced by ½" around the thighs, and my shirt size has dropped from 16 ½" to 15 ½" collar, and T shirt size from large to medium. Good job it is payday this week, I desperately need to replenish the wardrobe! I also feel much fitter too; my cycling has improved by 2 mph So, thank you WLR for the additional challenge. I feel so much better for it."
