Tomatoes on Toast

Ingredients
100g Cherry Tomatoes
4 Sprays Sunflower Oil Spray
½ Tsp Ground Thyme
½ Tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 Slice Medium Sliced Wholemeal
Bread, Hovis* (toasted)
Method
- Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6/200oC.
- Place the tomatoes on a baking tray and spray with
the sunflower oil.
- Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar, sprinkle over the
thyme and a pinch of salt to taste.
- Bake for 20 minutes and serve immediately on the
toasted wholemeal bread.
