Sugared Plums and Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 Plums

3 Tsp Soft Brown Sugar

½ Tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream, Too Good to be True, Wall's*

Method

  1. Halve the plums and remove the stones, place in a shallow ovenproof dish.
  2. Brush with the vanilla essence and sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Place under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes, until golden.
  4. Serve with 2 scoops of ice cream.
