Sprouts in Garlic Butter

Ingredients

250g Brussels Sprouts, Raw, Average

150g Mushrooms, Button, Average

20g Parsley, Fresh, Average

35 g Butter, Low Fat, Marks & Spencer*

1 Clove/3g Garlic, Raw, Average

½ Lemon Juiced/18ml Juice, Lemon, Fresh, Average

Method

  1. Trim the sprouts and boil or steam for around 10 minutes until tender. Strain and put to one side.
  2. Crush the garlic and add to the butter, melt over a medium heat before stirring in the sliced mushrooms.
  3. Once the mushrooms have browned toss in the sprouts, sprinkle with parsley and squeeze over the lemon juice. Serve immediately.
