Roast Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

100g Seeds, Pumpkin, Average

¼ Tsp/½g Paprika, Average

¼ Tsp/½g Pepper, Black, Freshly Ground, Average

5 ml Oil, Vegetable, Average

0.5 g Salt, Sea, Organic

¼ Tsp/1¼g Cumin, Seeds, Ground

0.5 g Salt, Garlic

  1. Heat a frying pan and use a brush to coat it with the oil.
  2. Add the pumpkin seeds and roast until brown.
  3. Place in a bowl and season with the other ingredients to your preferred taste.
