Pear and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Medium Pear

1 Medium Banana

1 Tbsp/20g Clear Honey

110g Natural Low Fat Yoghurt

250ml Pure Apple Juice

30g Porridge Oats

Method

  1. Peel banana and core the pear.
  2. Place in a food processor or smoothie maker along with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass, add some ice cubes and enjoy.
