Parsnip Mash

Ingredients
250g Parsnip
200g Cooking Apples, Weighed with
skin and core
500g Potatoes
10g Low Fat Butter
25ml Skimmed Milk
1 Clove Garlic
- Wash, peel and dice the parsnip and potatoes.
- Place in a pan of boiling water and cook for 10
minutes.
- Peel, core and dice the apple, add to the pan
cooking for a further 5-10 minutes.
- Drain and add finely chopped garlic.
- Mash well adding the butter and milk.
Serve immediately
