Langoustines Salad with Lemon Mayo

Ingredients

  • 250g Langoustines
  • 1 Bag/100g Salad Leaves, Oriental Mix, Waitrose*
  • 4tbsp/40g Mayonnaise, Heinz*
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 1tbsp/6g Lemon Peel

Method

  1. Heat a pan on a high temperature before adding the langoustines to the pan, fry for 4 minutes, then turn over and cook for a further 2 minutes.
  2. While the langoustines are cooking, divide the salad onto 2 plates.
  3. Mix the lemon juice and rind with the mayonnaise and dollop onto the 2 plates.
  4. Add the cook langoustines to the salad leaves and serve.
