Langoustines Salad with Lemon Mayo
Ingredients
- 250g Langoustines
- 1 Bag/100g Salad Leaves, Oriental Mix, Waitrose*
- 4tbsp/40g Mayonnaise, Heinz*
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 1tbsp/6g Lemon Peel
Method
- Heat a pan on a high temperature before adding the langoustines to the pan, fry for 4 minutes, then turn over and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- While the langoustines are cooking, divide the salad onto 2 plates.
- Mix the lemon juice and rind with the mayonnaise and dollop onto the 2 plates.
- Add the cook langoustines to the salad leaves and serve.
