Ingredients

2 Serving/150g Fusilli, Pasta Twists, Quick Cook, Dry Weight, Morrisons*

10 Sprays/2ml Oil, Olive, Spray, Fry Light*

100g Tomatoes, Chopped, with Garlic, Average

100g Courgette, Raw, Average

½ Sm Can Drained/43g Olives, Black, Sliced, Sainsbury's*

50 g Cheese, Feta, Average

 

Method

  1. Cook the pasta as instructed on the packet.
  2. Meanwhile, using a non-stick frying pan, spray the oil as required and quickly brown the sliced courgettes.
  3. Drain the pasta and mix with the courgettes, diced tomatoes and sliced olives.
  4. Crumble over the feta cheese and serve immediately.
