Greek Pasta

Ingredients
2 Serving/150g Fusilli, Pasta Twists, Quick Cook, Dry Weight, Morrisons*
10 Sprays/2ml Oil, Olive, Spray, Fry Light*
100g Tomatoes, Chopped, with Garlic, Average
100g Courgette, Raw, Average
½ Sm Can Drained/43g Olives, Black, Sliced, Sainsbury's*
50 g Cheese, Feta, Average
Method
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the packet.
- Meanwhile, using a non-stick frying pan, spray the oil as required and quickly brown the sliced courgettes.
- Drain the pasta and mix with the courgettes, diced tomatoes and sliced olives.
- Crumble over the feta cheese and serve immediately.
