Curried Tomato

Ingredients

2 Medium Tomatoes

50g Onions

½ Tsp Curry Powder

¼ Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

25g Reduced Fat Butter

Method

  1. Preheat the grill. Halve the tomatoes and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  2. Mix together the butter, onion and curry powder and spread over the top of the tomatoes.
  3. Grill for 4-5 minutes until tender.
